Excellent customer service, chainsaw chain repaired, and a text message to notify me when it was ready to pick up

I went in this morning looking for a chainsaw. A young guy came over. I was so suprised at his knowledge and his service and patience was outstanding.

It's rare to receive that level of customer service these days. With that ... I spent a thousand bucks
